I am Chris McKeegan PT, and I am not your average PT
First and foremost I am not a boring ball bag who eats nothing but chicken and rice and has a million topless selfies on my instagram, no one likes that guy.
My approach to fitness is in achieving your goals and then some whilst also enjoying the other things in life…like pizza, and doughnuts, it’s all about balance, right?
I got into fitness after I had a slight medical scare 7 years ago, I won’t go to much into it but needless to say I needed to stop drinking pints in my lunch break break and lay off the kebabs for dinner. I signed up to a bootcamp and eventually got into weightlifting and Brazilian Jiujitsu, and from there, I went on to do my PT Qualification course and the rest they say, is history.
I’ve been a full time trainer since 2016 and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I have a host of extra qualifications and I am forever looking to expand my knowledge.
Apart from fighting dudes and lifting things I also like music, video games, ice hockey and romantic walks on the beach.
