I found Chris just before lockdown started. I'd seen a few of his videos and appreciated his honesty, but thought he was only aimed at super fit people who lift massive weights. Turns out I was wrong. I stuck in a bit of a rut in terms of training and nutrition and asked Chris for help in getting my head back in the game. Since I signed up to his online PT I've learned a lot about what I need to do and why, but also about why I feel the way I feel about myself - because he's been there! And for me, that's one of the reasons he's been a great PT. No nonsense but not brutal, he's always there to encourage me (or nag me) and he truly understands what makes people tick in order to get the best out of themselves. He celebrates the small wins and also tells you when you could do better, and that's a perfect combination. He has been a real boost while I've been off work and with his help I've lost 7kg since lockdown began. I'm feeling better about not just what my body looks like, but about what it is able to do and that's a new way of thinking for me! I'm feeling stronger, much more confident about weights and, although I've still got a long way to go, more confident about myself too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris as a PT, whether that's online or in real life - it's the best money I have spent all year and I see it as an investment in my happiness. Thank you, Chris!
