Direct Debit

1 Session Per Week = £140 Per Month
2 Sessions Per Week = £240 Per Month
3 Sessions Per Week = £300 Per Month

Pay As You Go

1 Session = £40
5 Sessions = £175 (Save £25)
10 Sessions = £300 (Save £100)
15 Sessions = £375 (Save £225)

One Off

Starter Pack = £100
Programme = £40
Nutrition Plan = £40

Pay As You Go Sessions are payable by cash, debit card, credit card, contactless, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Wallet and bank transfer. 

Direct Debit is payable through your bank by setting up a standing order directly to my bank account, being payable on the 1st of each month. 

*Starter Pack contains 6 half hour sessions, 4 of those being training sessions and the other 2 will involve taking measurements, discussing food and goals and an evaluation.
